Castor reinvents the classic cone-shaped lampshade. By making the suspension and power supply part of the design, Alexander Lervik allows the shape to be even more sparingly precise. Why not a black shade with a red cable? Or a green with yellow? Three different sizes for different placements.
Instead of a limited choice between a few colors, Castor offers full color flexibility and completely new interior design possibilities. Choose from 200 different colors that can be adapted to both existing and new interiors. The shades have a diameter of 60, 40 and 20 centimeters respectively. The pre-assembled dimmable light engine is available for standard connection, DALI and Casambi/Bluetooth. The power supply cable runs out of the screen through a cartridge-like solid sleeve with an alternating polished and matte finish, and then travels up a suspension cable in brass, steel or black lacquered metal. Small clips fix the diameter of the spiral according to taste. Colored textile or rubber cable is available in different colors.
